Healing in the Space Between
Therapy for men and young professionals who feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure where they fit -
offering space to slow down and discover a life that feels authentically yours.
Your Path Forward
Starting therapy doesn’t have to be overwhelming.
I specialize in working with men and young professionals who are ready to better understand themselves
and make meaningful life changes, but are unsure if their beliefs, values, perspectives, and lifestyles will be accepted in therapy.
My mission is simple: to make psychodynamic therapy non-judgmental, approachable, and accessible. By keeping the process thoughtful and straightforward, beginning your path forward becomes something you can step into with confidence.
Is Therapy the Right Step For You?
Do you feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve you? Maybe you’re stressed, anxious, burned out, or sensing that something just isn’t right. Perhaps you’ve found success in parts of your life, yet still feel disconnected—from others, from your emotions, or even from yourself.
Therapy offers a place to slow down and make sense of your experience. I work with men and young professionals navigating stress, anxiety, and burnout, helping you explore the deeper roots of these struggles through psychodynamic therapy. Together, we’ll uncover what’s keeping you stuck and help you reconnect with yourself, your relationships, and your purpose.
How Therapy Helps You Grow
Therapy isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about understanding the "why" beneath your feelings and patterns that shape your life, and
creating a space where real change can take place.
Whether you're navigating life transitions, dealing with relationship challenges, or seeking mental health support and personal growth,
therapy provides guidance as you move toward a freer, more grounded version of yourself.
Meet Gregory
Welcome! I am Gregory Bendau, AMFT.
I provide a thoughtful, reflective space to explore not just what you feel, but the deeper patterns shaping your inner life. Grounded in psychoanalytic and psychodynamic principles, my work focuses on how past experiences, relational patterns, and unconscious dynamics continue to influence the present.
Therapy with me is relational and exploratory. We will create a space where you can be truly seen, understand yourself more deeply, and open the door to meaningful change.
